These terms are the agreement between you and Wish when you use the app or a shared list page. We've tried to keep them short and readable. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
1. Who we are and who can use Wish
Wish is provided by [FILL: legal entity name, address, tax ID, company registry details]. By using Wish you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
You need to be at least 14 in Spain, or 13 in the United States, to use Wish.
2. Your account
Wish creates an account for you automatically the first time you open it. There's no username or password. Your lists are tied to that account on this phone.
You can delete your account in the app at any time. That deletes your lists and everything in them.
3. What Wish does, and what it doesn't
- Wish helps you find things, save them to lists and share those lists. We don't sell anything. When you or someone you shared with buys a product, you buy it from that store, on the store's terms.
- Product names, pictures, prices and availability come from stores, brands and search services. They can be out of date or wrong. Price ranges are a guide, not an offer.
- When Wish identifies a product in a screenshot, it can get it wrong. It only suggests; you confirm.
- Products whose main purpose is violence, such as weapons, aren't shown in Wish.
4. What you add to Wish
Your lists, notes, names and photos stay yours. You give us permission to store them, process them and show them to the people you share a list with, only so Wish can work, and for as long as you keep them in Wish.
Only add things you have the right to add. If you share a list, remember that anyone with its link can see what's on it, including your notes and pictures.
5. Shared lists and reservations
- When you share a list, anyone with the link can see it in a browser. You can stop sharing or replace the link at any time; the old link stops working right away.
- People with the link can mark something as taken, so nobody doubles up. You never see who is getting what. Givers can leave their name with a reservation; only Wish keeps it.
- A reservation is a friendly heads-up, not a promise. Wish can't guarantee that anyone buys anything.
6. Fair use
Please don't use Wish to:
- share anything illegal or hateful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
- harass or impersonate anyone, or put someone's personal details on a list without their consent;
- scrape, overload or break Wish, get around its limits, or copy the app or its product catalogue;
- run automated searches or create accounts in bulk.
We can remove content, turn off a shared link or suspend an account that breaks these rules. When we can, we'll tell you why.
7. Reporting a list or a picture
If something on Wish infringes your copyright or another right, or shouldn't be there for any other reason, tell us on the Copyright and takedown page.
8. Our rights, and other people's
The Wish app, its name, design and code belong to us. Brand and product names, logos and pictures belong to their owners. Showing them in Wish doesn't mean those brands endorse Wish, or that Wish is connected with them.
9. Plans and payments
Wish has a free plan: one list, with up to 15 items. Premium adds unlimited lists, 5 PDF templates and gift-giver notes. It's sold as an Annual plan, which also includes 2 Event Passes. An Event Pass can also be bought on its own for $3.99. There's no monthly plan.
Payments go through Apple. The Annual plan renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
10. Changes, and ending
Wish is a young app and will change. We may add, change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change applies. You can stop using Wish and delete your account whenever you like.
11. If something goes wrong
We work hard to keep Wish running and your lists safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for losses caused by store information being wrong, by purchases you make in stores, or by things outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
12. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Wish or for supporting it. Apple and its subsidiaries can enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.
